Four roles. One auditable cascade.
divieight standardizes how compensation flows between the agents who introduce, represent, operate, and list. The tether between a buyer and their Resident Agent is the documentary backbone of every commission paid at closing.
Non-Resident Agent
Licensed outside the property’s market. Refers prospective buyers into the platform; receives the Platform Bounty on verified onboarding and signs the Standard NAR Referral Agreement on Priority Reservation.
Resident Agent
Licensed in the property’s market. Tethered one-to-one to a buyer in a pod. Compensation is 75% of the buyer-side commission per the NAR cascade.
Heavy Lifting Agent
A single Resident Agent in a pod who performs the LLC manager’s operational work. Earns the Heavy Lifter Premium — 15% of each passive Resident Agent’s commission portion.
Listing Agent
The seller’s exclusive representative. Lists the property on the platform and is compensated by the seller per a separate listing agreement.
A three-role money engine, per 1/8 share.
A marketing-partnership fee paid from divieight’s corporate operating account to the referring agent’s brokerage upon a buyer’s verified onboarding and Platform Enrollment Fee clearance. Bounty follows the act of referring.
